3. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product if they are unused and in their original, resalable condition.
• Non-returnable items include:
  • Digital products or services.
  • Opened software or any item that is no longer in a sellable condition.

Return Process
To return a product:

1. Contact Us: Email support@activestore.qa with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval: We will confirm the return eligibility and send you instructions for the return process.
3. Return Shipment: Return shipping costs are covered by ActiveStore only if the item is defective or incorrect. Otherwise, you may need to cover return shipping.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through MyFatoorah.
