2. Terms and Conditions

Introduction
By accessing and using ActiveStore's website, app, and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our platform.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of the information provided during registration and checkout.
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your account details and are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed through ActiveStore are subject to product availability and pricing. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and provide alternatives or a full refund.
  • Payments are securely processed via MyFatoorah, which handles all payment transactions. By using our services, you agree to MyFatoorah’s terms and conditions.
  • Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes after placement, provided the items have not yet been dispatched for delivery.

Delivery

  • ActiveStore is responsible for managing all deliveries directly within Qatar. We do not use third-party delivery services.
  • We provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM. Delivery options include flexible time slots from 8 AM to 3 PM and 4 PM to 10 PM.
  • In cases of delays due to operational reasons (e.g., high demand, inventory issues), we will notify you in advance and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • ActiveStore is fully responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your order. We will ensure your order arrives intact and on time, barring any unforeseen circumstances that we cannot control.

Product Listing and Return Information

  • When you browse or purchase products on ActiveStore, each item will be clearly labeled to indicate whether it is returnable, cancelable, or non-returnable.
  • Some products may not be eligible for return or cancellation based on their category (e.g., perishable goods, digital products).
  • The return eligibility status is displayed on each product listing page, so you will be fully informed before making a purchase.

Return Policy

  • Items are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Non-returnable items include digital goods, perishable products, and opened software or items that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@activestore.qa with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be made in the original packaging, and ActiveStore will handle the pickup or you may be instructed to drop off the item at a designated location.

Refund Process
Once the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method via MyFatoorah. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Liability

  • ActiveStore is liable for all delivery-related issues as we handle all deliveries in-house. We are responsible for ensuring the integrity of your order upon arrival.
  • We are not liable for any damages caused by improper use of the product after delivery.

Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates. By continuing to use our services after the updated terms are posted, you agree to comply with and be bound by the changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should cease using our services.
