Shipping Policy (Delivery Policy)
Introduction
At أكتڤ ستور (ActiveStore), we are committed to providing our customers with fast, reliable, and efficient delivery services within Qatar. We manage all deliveries directly to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner, safely, and securely.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services within Qatar. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international addresses at this time.
Delivery Timeframe
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
- Delivery time slots are available from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, allowing you to choose the time that works best for you.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and prepared for delivery after payment confirmation. Please allow 1-2 business hours for order processing before the shipment is dispatched.
- In case of any delays in processing (e.g., out-of-stock items, payment verification issues), we will notify you via email or app notification as soon as possible.
Shipping Fees
- Delivery within Qatar is free for orders above a certain threshold (e.g., QR 100 or as applicable).
- For orders below the threshold, a delivery fee may apply based on the delivery location. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking information (if applicable), allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
Delivery Delays
- While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., high demand, adverse weather conditions, or traffic). We will notify you of any significant delays and keep you updated on the estimated arrival time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as accidents, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@activestore.qa. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our return policy.
Delivery Restrictions
- We currently deliver only within Qatar. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Some products may not be eligible for delivery to certain remote or inaccessible locations. In such cases, you will be notified at checkout.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete when placing an order.
- Be available to receive your delivery at the selected time slot. If you are unavailable, we will attempt redelivery, but additional charges may apply.
